The details
A parametric generator for console windshield frames and shields. It builds the folded 3D assembly first, then unfolds every face about its bend line with proper bend allowance, so the flat patterns are guaranteed to fold back into the model. Output is laser or waterjet-ready DXF for aluminium sheet plus the plexiglass shield outline.
First target: the Boston Whaler 150 Super Sport. Cut-file packs for other hulls follow.
